By installing or using the Voice Generator browser extension or any related service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, uninstall the extension.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract.
You won't use Voice Generator to generate audio that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive (deep-fake voice impersonation of a real person without consent). Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any remaining quota.
You own the audio you generate, subject to the underlying neural-voice license from Microsoft (commercial use is permitted under their consumer terms; you assume responsibility for compliance). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host the audio file solely for the purpose of delivering it back to you.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or shut down the service with reasonable notice. In case of permanent shutdown, paid users get a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We'll notify you in-product or by email 14 days before material changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operator is established. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
